National Pulao Recipe Mix is specially Made by a panel of experts, using aromatic spices and the finest ingredients in exactly the right measure. It will enable you to cook delicious middle eastern style seasoned rice cooked in meat stock with ease.
Ingredients:
1.Salt
2.Red Chilli
3.Coriander
4.Cardamom
5.Cumin Seed
6.Black Pepper
7.Turmeric
8.Mace
9.Nutmeg
10.Cinnamon
11.Bay Leaf
12.Clove
Steps of Cooking:
1.In a pan, add meat, 6 glasses of water (4 glasses of water for chicken), National Pulao Recipe Mix and boil until the meat is tender (after meat has tendered almost 4 glasses of water should be left).
2.Stir Fry: Heat the oil, fry onions till golden brown. Take out half quantity of onions.
3.In the remaining onions add ginger, garlic, green chillies followed by yogurt. Fry on low flame for 5 minutes.
4.Add rice and meat with meat stock. Cook on medium flame. When the water is about to dry, simmer on high flame for 5 minutes and then on low flame for 10 minutes.
5.Serve: Delicious Pulao is ready. Garnish with fried onions and serve with raita & salad.
