National Paya Recipe Mix is specially made by a panel of experts, using aromatic spices and the finest ingredients in exactly the right measure. It will enable you to cook delicious spicy hooves curry with ease that you and your loved ones can relish each day.
Ingredients:
1. Salt
2. Red Chilli
3. Coriander
4. Cardamom
5. Cumin Seed
6. Black Pepper
7. Turmeric
8. Mace
9. Nutmeg
10. Cinnamon
11. Bay Leaf
12. Clove
Steps of Cooking:
1. In a pan, add 8 glasses of water, washed hoove (paya), ginger, garlic followed by 2 tbsp of National Paya Recipe Mix and bring to boil.
2. Reduce heat and cook on low flame for about 4-6 hours or till hoove (paya) is tender.
3. Heat the oil, add onions and remaining National Paya Recipe Mix.
4. Fry until the oil/ghee separates from gravy.
5. Add gravy to boiled hoove (paya) and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.
6. Delicious Paya is ready. Sprinkle National Garam Masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and green chillies. Serve with hot naan.
