National Mango Flavored Jelly is a fruity flavorsome jelly, simply delicious served on its own with fresh cream or layered between National Custard and cake to make a trifle dessert.
Ingredients:
1. Sugar
2. Carrageenan Gum
3. Potassium Chloride
4. Citric Acid
5. Potassium Citrate
6. Artificial Mango Flavor
7. Tartrazine Yellow
Steps of Cooking:
1. Boil two cups (400 ml) of water in a saucepan.
2. Empty all the contents of packet into the boiling water.
3. Mix vigorously and cook until dissolved.
4. Pour the mixture into a Bowl and allow to cool.
5. Once cool keep it in refrigerator for 30 - 45 minutes for better results.
6. Loosen the edges with knife and invert carefully over a serving dish.
7. Delicious National Mango Jelly is ready.
