National Beef Biryani Recipe Mix is combination for spicy rice with cooked beef, specially made by a panel of experts, using aromatic spices and the finest ingredients in exactly the right measure. It will enable you to cook meal with ease.
Ingredients:
1.Salt
2.Green & Red Chilli
3.Dried Plum
4.Turmeric
5.Cardamom & Coriander
6.Garlic & Ginger
7.Black Pepper
8.Caraway & Cumin Seed
9.Onion
10.Cinnamon & Clove
11.Bay & Fenugreek Leaf
12.Citric Acid
Steps of Cooking:
1.Heat oil and fry onions till light brown. Add beef, ginger and garlic paste and National Beef Biryani Recipe Mix, stirring frequently for 5 min.
2.Add yogurt and cook for few more minutes till oil separates. Now add 3-4 glasses of water and cook on low flame until beef is tender.
3.In a separate pan take 8 glasses of water, 1½ tbsp of National Salt and boil the rice until 3/4 done.
4.Make a layer of half the rice, put the layer of beef gravy and cover with second layer of rice.
5.Sprinkle yellow food colour, few drops of kewra essence and coriander leaves as needed.
6.Cook the rice for 5 min. on high flame, reduce the flame and simmer for another 10 min.
7.Delicious beef biryani is ready, mix evenly before serving. Serve with raita and salad.
